Let's shine!

This poem called "Shine" is a new one and one of my favs. It was inspired by the song "Firework" by Katy Perry. I look forward to reading comments.


Shine

We all have a reason
We all have a purpose
For being in the place we are
We may not understand
But
We need to try to find it
We have to push forward
To be all we can be
We have to do our best
Because that's all
That can be asked
The best way to do this
Is just live
Live every day
To get the full potential
To find understanding
Be all you can be
Do all you can do
Shine like the brightest stars
To find your purpose
