FAITH

Faith

Fighting regrets

A Hero of Mine

I wrote this for my grandpa. He died May 2, 2010 from a massive heart attack. RIP Grandpa! You are loved and missed!

He was my hero
He was my teacher
He was a leader
Full of love
Unconditional
Worked on homework with me
Taught me how to carve a pumpkin
Taught me to appreciate life
I loved hearing stories
Always felt loved
I miss his hugs
Working in the yard
Sitting in the sun
Embracing life
I miss him

I can’t hold this anymore
Three words
Need to be said
I miss you
My friends might be tired of hearing it
